East End Community Film Screening and Panel Discussion on New York's Broken Parole System

Join us on Friday May 30th, 2025 at the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreation Center for a community gathering and discussion on NY's broken parole system including a short film screening of ‘The Interview’ followed by a Q+A panel discussion. The panel will feature formerly incarcerated leaders sharing their lived experiences with the prison system, the heavy toll of incarceration on families and the solutions to addressing the culture of brutality and racism that exists within prisons.

This event is free to attend and light refreshments will be available.

This event is being organized by the Release Aging People in Prison campaign and hosted by the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center. 

Please Note: This event will discuss sensitive topics around public safety, crime, incarceration and prisons.
